The Challenge:
The Sicher Gsund Project is a collaborative initiative aimed at providing professionals in contact with children and young people, as well as their caregivers, with valuable information and practical recommendations on various topics such as mental health, violence, addiction, sexuality, grief, and more. Professionals and caregivers lacked access to essential information and practical recommendations on topics like mental health, violence, addiction, and grief. There was a pressing need for a centralized platform to address this gap.
The Solution:
To address this pressing need, Festland and Lighthaus Eko joined forces to develop a comprehensive online platform for Sicher Gsund. Festland, with its expertise in design and conceptualization, took charge of creating an intuitive and visually engaging user interface. They developed a cohesive visual identity, conducted extensive user testing, and crafted a content strategy to organize information effectively.
Meanwhile, Lighthaus Eko leveraged their programming prowess to turn Festland's designs into a functional website. They utilized cutting-edge web technologies, including UX SSR (Server-Side Rendering), to ensure a seamless user experience across devices. Integrating TYPO3 Headless CMS, Lighthaus Eko implemented a robust content management system that allowed for easy updating and management of content. Additionally, they incorporated a blog system to provide informative articles and updates related to the topics covered by the Sicher Gsund Project.
The Result:
The collaborative efforts between Festland and Lighthaus Eko culminated in the successful launch of the Sicher Gsund platform. This platform has become a valuable resource for professionals and caregivers, providing them with the information and tools they need to support the well-being of children and young people.
One significant outcome is the increased accessibility of essential information and resources. Professionals and caregivers now have easy access to a wide range of topics, including mental health, violence, addiction, and grief, empowering them to address the diverse needs of their clients more effectively.
The user-friendly design and informative content have led to increased engagement and awareness among the target audience. Users have praised the platform for its intuitive navigation, visually appealing interface, and valuable content, highlighting its value as a trusted resource for information and support.

Streamlined Development Process
From Concept to Software Maintenance
Discovery and Planning
For project efficiency, we begin with discovery. Here, we align functionality, prioritize goals, and coordinate strategy and prototype products. Deadlines and budgets are also defined
1Design
After developing a prototype wireframe, our design team starts to create your application style (the app’s “look and feel”). In this stage, we provide you with a full set of UI screens to use for further development
2Development
Product development advances through multiple releases, including an initial MVP. We accelerate this using Agile development, with short sprints, and parallel execution of development with design wireframes, documentation, and mockups
3Testing
Before we release any product, we conduct rigorous testing to ensure it meets our quality standards. this includes unit testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing, regression testing, and usability testing. Each test serves a specific purpose in ensuring our product is reliable, secure, and user-friendly.
4Continuous development, support, and maintenance
After releasing the MVP, our team performs new sprints to speed new releases with additional functionality. And we support and maintain the latest version of the launched app
